High Potential (HiPo) candidates typically display one or more of the key ingredients to success but they lack the time-in-grade or variety of experience to be considered fully ready for what lies ahead. Consequently, our HiPo Coaching program is designed to be paired with an internal stretch assignment in order to couple the coaching experience with the crucible of new, more complex problems and organizational pressures. The PerSynergy Consulting HiPo program works best when the coach, coachee and an executive sponsor work closely together to craft a transformative development experience focused on continuous feedback, behavior testing and integration. HiPo engagements are scheduled to begin prior to the start of the selected practicum and extend at least three months beyond its completion.
